Caitie completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in September 2020 through CorePower Yoga. Caitie practices yoga for both the mental and physical benefits it provides. In her classes, Caitie's goal is to for you to feel confident, happy, and in touch with what your mind and body is telling you. Caitie is currently teaching heated Power Vinyasa classes weekly in Boston at CorePower Yoga.
